We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy below.

We accept returns on regular-priced items only, within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
You must contact our customer service team before sending back any items to receive return instructions.
Promotional orders, including but not limited to “Free Today” offers, Final Sale items, and heavily discounted campaigns, are non-refundable and non-returnable. These orders are considered final due to their special pricing.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, and shipping costs for promotional orders are not eligible for refund.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (longer during peak promotional events).
Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
